Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. However, due to the time reserved especially for you, the following policy applies:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your $50 non-refundable deposit.
• If no deposit was collected, a cancellation fee of $50 will be due before you can book a new appointment.
• Same-day cancellations (or reschedules within 24 hours) are treated as late cancellations and follow the same policy.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment of future appointments or may result in denial of future bookings.
